All persons appearing in visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct displayed on this website were 18 years of age or older at the time the depictions were created. Records required to be maintained pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are kept by the Custodian of Records listed below.

With respect to any visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct contained in content produced by third-party content providers, the Custodian of Records for such content is the content provider who submitted such content to this platform. Not So Vanilla requires all content providers to maintain required records and provide confirmation of compliance before content is published.
Exemption
This statement is made pursuant to the exemption under 28 C.F.R. § 75.6 for secondary producers who do not directly produce the sexually explicit content displayed on this site.
